Special Visas
Medical, R religious, F student, and L/O/J work visas - dozens of cases handled, fast appointments
Beyond B1/B2 and tourist visas, there's a whole class of special visas that requires entirely different handling - in documentation, strategy, and appointment selection. We've worked in this field for years and know exactly which document to attach, what to say in the interview, and how to secure a fast appointment. For visas requiring prior US-side authorization (student, religious, work), the client brings the approval from their US immigration attorney, and we handle the submission and the visa stamp in the passport.

Frequently asked questions
What do you handle and what do I bring?
We handle everything embassy-side - appointment, file preparation, interview support, and the visa stamp in your passport. You bring the underlying US-side approvals: I-20 for student, I-129 for religious or specialty worker, plus the DS-160 we fill together.
I don't know which visa fits. Can you help me choose?
Absolutely. Tell us your situation - studies, religious assignment, intracompany transfer, medical visa - and we'll route you to the right category. The wrong choice means denial, delay, and a non-refundable fee.
How long does it take to get the visa?
We secure expedited appointments at no extra cost. For medical visas we've even avoided the need for an in-person interview in several cases. Total time depends on embassy load and your specific case.
Isn't a medical visa just a B1?
Formally yes - it's a B1/B2 visa for medical treatment. In practice, the embassy knows the patient is likely to stay longer, so it requires medical documentation, US hospital approvals and financial means evidence. We prepare the full file.
R-1 religious visa - how is it different from a tourist visa?
R-1 permits work for a US religious community for multiple years (not just six months like a tourist visa). Requires an official posting and an approved I-129. Suitable for rabbis, teachers, and community emissaries.
