The following terms govern browsing and use of the USA Assistance website.

1. General

Use of the USA Assistance website ("the Site") is subject to the terms set out below. Browsing and using the Site constitute full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to any of them, please do not use the Site.

2. The service and use of the Site

The Site provides information about USA Assistance services relating to US Embassy matters — passports, citizenship, visas and taxes — and lets you contact us and request a service. You agree to use the Site in good faith and for lawful purposes only, and not to disrupt its proper operation or security.

These terms and the use of the Site are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to these terms or the use of the Site lies with the competent courts of the Jerusalem District.
